Multi millet kichidi is a home made product with traditional procedure. This contains high protein and fiber, hence best for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1) All Five Siridhanya – Foxtail, Browntop, Kodo, Barnyard and little millet.
2) Dals

Kichidi Making Procedure:
1) Fry the Millet Kichidi Mix for 2 minutes in slow flame
2) Cut the vegetables like Tomoto, Onion, Ginger, Green peas, Carrot and Chillies of sufficient quantity
3) In a tawa add 3 table spoons of oil/Ghee and little bit of Jeera, Cashew nut, Crushed pepper and fry the vegetables for 1-2 mins
4) Add water in the ratio 1(Kichidi mix):4(Water)
5) Once the water boils then add the kichidi mix. Cook the mixture in slow flame for 15/20 mins and then serve it.
