Barnyard Millet is found to have many good things due to the presence of Dietary Fiber, Vitamins and Nutrients.

Flakes are produced by pressing the boiled millets. Hence the flakes are ready to eat.

Various types of dishes can be made using the flakes
1) Poha
2) Sweet
3) Early morning healthy cup meal for kids by soaking in the boiled milk and adding little quantity of sweetener.
