Shipping and Return Policy

  1. Domestic Shipping PolicyShipment processing time
    All orders are processed within 5 days we call it as order fulfillment. After the fulfillment, the shipping agencies would take around 2 to 15 days to deliver depending on the destination of the consignee.
    Order Fulfillment happens from Monday till Saturday.
    Order pickup happens from Monday till Saturday.
    Transportation happens on all the days after the pickup is done.

The above timeline is not valid in case of pandemics and natural disasters and government restrictions and lockdowns and strikes. Consignees will be informed by email about the shipment delays in those unexpected events.

Shipping delivery estimates

24 Farms displays the tentative delivery timeline based on the data received from our courier partners. 24 Farms is nowhere responsible for this timeline.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
An email will be sent to the customer on the following events
Order is created
Order is picked up
Order is delivered
Order tracking number will be sent to the email with tracking information after the pickup is made by the shipping agency.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Order and shipping cost are inclusive of all the taxes.

24 Farms is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please refer Refund Policy for more details and eligibility criteria.

2International Shipping Policy
24 Farms is not doing international shipping through the ecommerce platform at the moment.

Returns Policy
24 Farms accepts the returns in case if the product gets damaged during shipping or damaged by insects or pests or if an old product is delivered by 24 Farms. 24 Farms will bear the return cost in these cases.

If the customer returns the products due to the change of mind even after 24 Farms met all the requirements as per the order, then the customer needs to bear the return shipping charges.

Customer is supposed to raise the return request within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Returns usually take 5 to 10 business days. 24 Farms will process the refund after the receival of the material by ensuring that the customer’s return claim is accurate. In case if the customer claim is inaccurate then the refund will not be made.
