Foxtail Millet Rice – Eat for two days – DAY1 and DAY2
Little Millet Rice – Eat for two days – DAY3 and DAY4
Kodo Millet Rice – Eat for two days – DAY5 and DAY6
Barnyard Millet Rice – Eat for two days – DAY7 and DAY8
Brown top Millet Rice – Eat for two days – DAY9 and DAY10

Repeat the above sequence from the 11th day

Apart from the millet rice, Dr. Khadar Vali also recommends to use the below kashaya
1st Week – Thippa Theega / Amruthavalli / Geloy Leafe Kashayam
2nd Week – Menthi Leafe Kashayam
3rd Week – Murunga / Drumstic Leafe Kashayam
4th Week – Bhindi / Vendakka / Ivy Gourd / BendaKaya Leafe Kashayam
Repeat the sequence from 5th Week onwards.

NOTE: This packet doesn’t contain the kashaya leafe. This only comes with Millets.
