Ingredients:
Finger Millet Dosa Mix Flour is made out of unpolished finger millets, Black Gram, Bengal Gram and Fenugreek seeds.

Dosa Making Procedure:
1) Take one glass of dosa mix flour into a vessel
2) Pour one glass (same glass size of above) of water or little more into the vessel
3) Mix it until it gets paste form
4) Soak it for 8 hours. This will convert into batter.
5) Add salt to the batter as per your requirement and taste
6) Follow the normal dosa making process to get delicious taste.
7) You can also use buttermilk instead of water to prepare the batter

Kichidi Making Procedure:
1) Fry the Millet Kichidi Mix for 2 minutes in slow flame
2) Cut the vegetables like Tomoto, Onion, Ginger, Green peas, Carrot and Chillies of sufficient quantity
3) In a tawa add 3 table spoons of oil/Ghee and little bit of Jeera, Cashew nut, Crushed pepper and fry the vegetables for 1-2 mins
4) Add water in the ratio 1(Kichidi mix):4(Water)
5) Once the water boils then add the kichidi mix. Cook the mixture in slow flame for 15/20 mins and then serve it.
